Planning a day trip
I've not much luck finding a good map until I was on the actual trail.
So here's a trimmed copy for downloading.
We found the section with tunnels and bridges and took the kids for an afternoon cycle.
Auripo to Lauder
- 10.5 km
- slightly down-hill
- tail wind more often than not
- viaduct >> tunnel >> tunnel >> viaduct
- great views above, below, beyond the track
